The site itself, not just the journey to it
Comparing commute times says nothing about what a building is worth. Aditus audits every candidate site across 10 themes and close to 150 criteria — from transport links to energy, from land to everyday amenities — and derives a score, alerts and a completion rate. The two analyses answer each other: a site with excellent access can still be ruled out by its building.

Mitigation levers
Choosing a site also means knowing what to offer those who lose out
No relocation suits everyone. Once the site is chosen, Aditus quantifies the available levers — who is affected, what it costs the employer, what it yields — and gathers them into an action plan.
Car-sharing
Groups employees for whom driving remains the best mode, where homes are close enough for the pick-up detour to hold. Each cluster is split into cars by capacity, and the gain is expressed in vehicles avoided. A potential, not a routing plan.
Company shuttle
Finds the best departure point among motorway entrances — the one minimising home-to-shuttle access time for most drivers. If the site is well served by rail, the catchment comes out empty, and that is the right answer.
Sustainable mobility allowance
Eligible population and employer cost, so the allowance is sized rather than guessed.
Public transport contribution
The real base of employees using public transport, and the cost of raising the contribution above the statutory minimum.
No invented figures: amounts still to be confirmed are flagged as such in the deliverable, rather than buried in a total that would inspire false confidence.
