The aditus.city site is the showcase for the Aditus product; the application is available at mode.aditus.city. As the service is provided free of charge, the publisher reserves the right to suspend, restrict or interrupt access to all or part of the service, at any time and without notice or compensation. The site owner also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account's access, immediately and without notice or compensation, where the owner observes or suspects, directly or indirectly, any abusive use of the site or associated services — including: automated extraction or scraping of data, abnormal load or circumvention of usage limits, resale or redistribution of results, attempts to access another company's data, harm to the security or integrity of the service, use contrary to the law or to third-party rights, or any behaviour compromising the availability of the service for other users. This assessment rests with the site owner. The data, results, maps, indicators and reports produced by the site and the application are reserved for the internal use of the account that generated them. They may under no circumstances be sold, resold, assigned, rented, sub-licensed, exchanged or exploited for commercial purposes, in any form or by any means — including embedded in a paid engagement, an invoiced report or a third-party service — without the prior, explicit written authorisation of the site owner. This prohibition covers raw data as well as derived, aggregated, reprocessed or reformulated results. Calculations produced by the application rely on open data provided by third parties (OpenStreetMap, GTFS timetables published by transport operators, public reference datasets), whose accuracy, completeness and freshness are not guaranteed: results are provided for information purposes as decision support, and neither the publisher nor the site owner can be held liable for conclusions drawn from these calculations or decisions based on them.
